For Silk Mineral Paint fans, Dixie Belle has introduced Pristine Clean, a highly effective powdered degreaser that thoroughly removes dirt and debris from your furniture, kitchen cabinets and anything else you want to paint. Together with White Lightning Cleaner, Pristine Clean is the perfect preparation for furniture projects and helps you to achieve the best painting result. Because a convincing coating result needs a clean surface. So the durability is even better.
APPLICATION:
* Dissolve 2 heaping tablespoons (tablespoon) of Pristine Clean cleaning powder in approximately 1 gallon of hot water and stir until dissolved. Please wear gloves while cleaning.
* Put the mixed cleaner on a lint-free cloth or soft sponge and then you're good to go. Clean your furniture until the dirt is removed. Then wash the piece of furniture with clear water to remove all residues of the cleaner. This is very important. Change the water regularly.
* Avoid puddles on the furniture when cleaning and allow it to dry thoroughly before painting or varnishing.
* Please note that previously waxed items require a thorough cleaning with white spirit and wire wool. Only clean with Pristine Clean after this step.
TOP TIP - If you're cleaning a large closet, I recommend mixing up a bowl. Convenient to pour the cleaning solution into a spray bottle. So the annoying cleaning is a little more bearable.
